Low Carb Pizza

Crust:
  • 1lbs Ground Chicken
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • Spices
Mix together and back at 350 degrees for 20 minutes

Topping:
  • 1/3 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese (dry curds)
  • 1/3 cup Skim Mozza Cheese
  • any other toppings you choose (mushrooms, olives etc)
Once the crust is baked, spread on the pizza sauce, followed by the spinach and other toppings. Then add cottage cheese and finish with the Mozza to hold everything together. Bake at 350 degrees for an additional 10 minutes.

Protein Mini Muffins

  • 1 cup Oat Bran
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3 Tbsp Plain non fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Stevia
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips
Blend all ingredients together in a blender, then pour into a mini muffin pan and bake at 370 degrees for 15-20 minutes. This version doesn't have protein powder like the video in Smashlee Fit Meals.
